PUBLIC NOTICE // LAST UPDATED 2 OCTOBER 2026
LEGAL & PRIVACY
This notice explains ownership of TRACEWAKE material, the project’s current development status and how this website currently handles visitor information. It describes the site as it exists today and is not legal advice.
1. Project ownership and intellectual property
© 2026 Wolf Interactive. All rights reserved. TRACEWAKE is an independent Wolf Interactive project.
Unless otherwise identified, original TRACEWAKE branding, artwork, interface designs, fictional organisations, characters, written material and game assets displayed on this site are owned by Wolf Interactive. Third-party names, marks or materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Viewing this website does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce, redistribute or commercially use TRACEWAKE material except where permitted by law or with written permission from Wolf Interactive.
2. Development status
TRACEWAKE is currently in alpha development. Screenshots, interface designs, features, terminology, release plans and gameplay shown on this website may change before release. Material identified as concept direction represents development intent or exploration and should not be treated as a promise of final functionality.
3. Fictional and educational context
TRACEWAKE is a fictional cyber security simulation designed for education and entertainment. In-game organisations, incidents, systems and characters are fictional unless clearly identified otherwise. The project does not provide professional cyber security, legal, compliance or operational advice.
4. Privacy and technical request data
The current TRACEWAKE website does not provide user accounts, a mailing list, advertising, analytics or a contact form, and the site code does not intentionally collect names, email addresses or other information directly from visitors.
The current site does not use browser local storage or session storage to remember a selected side. Aurelius, Ghostline and neutral presentation choices apply only while the page is open and reset when the site is reloaded.
Normal hosting, networking and security infrastructure may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages and request timestamps. Those systems are operated subject to the practices of the relevant hosting or infrastructure provider.
5. Cookies, analytics and tracking
The current TRACEWAKE site code does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies and does not include third-party advertising or behavioural tracking scripts. If analytics, accounts, mailing-list features, payments or other data-collecting services are introduced later, this notice will be reviewed and updated before those features are treated as part of the public site.
6. External links
Links to Wolf Interactive and other external services may take you away from tracewake.com.au. External websites are responsible for their own content, security, terms and privacy practices.
7. Accessibility and corrections
Wolf Interactive aims to keep the site usable across common desktop and mobile browsers and to provide clear text alternatives and keyboard-visible controls. If you identify an accessibility issue, incorrect attribution, privacy concern or other problem with this site, contact Wolf Interactive through its published website channels.
8. Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated as TRACEWAKE and the website develop. The revision date above identifies the version currently published with this release candidate.
